How do I buy an original artwork?
All artworks listed in the Available Originals page are available for purchase. Send an email to email@example.com to receive a price list.
Are you available for commissions?
Certainly. I have had many clients who love my artwork but need a particular size or colour theme for their interiors. I have sent commissions all over the world, worked with interior designers and completed a twelve painting commission project with Novotel Ibis Melbourne Central.
How is my artwork shipped?
All original artworks are wrapped in bubble wrap and heavy duty packaging and sent through private freight companies, ensuring the best handling of your artwork. Prints are sealed in heavy duty rolls and shipped though Australia Post or various other couriers.
How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
Depending on where you are in the world, we allow up to two weeks for delivery. Postal service are experiencing delays due to Covid-19, so please expect some delays during this time.
Can I get the artwork framed with you?
Unless the artwork is already framed, yes! We can work together to decide the best frame suited for both the artwork and your space. I usually recommend a simple floating frame for all paintings.
How should I care for my artwork?
It is recommended to hang original artworks in a bright position, yet out of direct sunlight as this will cause the paint to fade. A 6-12 month dusting of artworks is also recommended with a white cotton cloth or soft clean brush.
I’d like my artwork installed. Is this an option?
If you are based in Melbourne, yes! However I cannot offer this service elsewhere.
I’ve purchased an original artwork, does Ella still own copyright on the image?
Yes, Ella always retains full copyright of all artworks sold. Ella is free to reproduce images to produce prints or otherwise at her discretion. Reproductions of any artwork without permission is forbidden.
Can I hang the artwork in another direction?
You are purchasing a piece of fine art, not a decoration. Even though my artworks are abstract, each one was completed with a very considered orientation. You wouldn’t hang the Mona Lisa upside down, the same goes here!
