B E T W E E N  S K I N S

Between Skins was created as a commission for a private client in 2022. It is based on my original artwork, Evolution, 2021, which the client fell in love with. I was deeply moved by a story she shared with me about meeting her soulmate in her late 50’s, being the happiest she’s ever been and never settling for anything less than than instant and magic connection between her and her love. This artwork is inspired by her story, and how skin, age, the physical, is unmatched to the inner knowing of true love.
